You might recognize Allie’s smiling face from my main blog, her and Tim will be getting married later this year and she decided that a little fashion session would be a great gift for him (yes, he knows about it and I’m not ruining the surprise!). We got together on a perfect summer night and explored downtown to capture some images of this beautiful, vibrant and positive woman. Her laugh and light-hearted attitude are absolutely infectious and make working with her a pleasure.
These photos are also a perfect example of what you can create with a session like this. Allie isn’t a model and other than her engagement session, had never spent any time in front of the camera before. She’s confident, fun loving and has a great attitude and that’s all you need for a fashion shoot! After she received her photos she sent me a beautiful email and one part really stood out to me:
“I had no idea that I looked like that! Thank you so much for this experience.”
That pretty much sums up why I love these sessions so much.
