I had my New Year’s all planned out – I was going to spend it capturing Krystle and Eric’s beautiful winter wedding. They’ve each been in bridal party’s from other weddings I’ve been a part of so I was looking forward to this one even a little more. Life happens though and due to some school issues they’ve bumped the big day up a few months and so we had to get their engagement session done.
It never fails, when a couple (or one of them anyway) is nervous about having their photos taken, the shots always seem to end up being favorites of mine. These are no exception.
We explored a great neighborhood around Broadway and it was so much fun to hear this couple tell their globe (or at least North American) trotting dating and engagement story. By the end of the night I would suggest an idea and they would just run with it, it’s always so rewarding to see a couple really make the photos their own.
