Ashley and Jeff tried, they really did. We tried to just get one photo where they either weren’t laughing together or about to burst out giggling over something the other just said. It never happened but I don’t think anyone really cared.

If you get engaged during the fall or winter and think you have to wait until spring to book your engagement session, think again! Allie and Tim and I went out on a beautiful winter afternoon last year and had such a good time, we really didn’t even notice the weather. If you would like some truly unique photos and a great experience creating them, let’s head out into the snow and have a little fun!
Christine first contacted me last winter looking for someone to capture their big day coming up later this year. After a bit of chatting it turns out that we actually lived about 40 feet apart!
We spent one evening talking about the wedding, where they might like to have their photos taken and all the other details that go along with finding a photographer. Of course, I got to spend a lot of time getting to know Buddy who was the star of their engagement session and I’m sure will make an appearance at the wedding in one way or another.
After three attempts to get together for these photos (rain, the flue and a thesis deadline stopped us the first three times) we finally were blessed with a beautiful evening for these two to enjoy some time together. I’ve rarely met a couple who enjoys the simple pleasure of laughing together as much as Christine and Michael do. I hope you enjoy their photos as much as I did working on them.
